​Thank you for shopping with us! Because we care about sustainability and reducing fashion waste, every single item in our store is custom-printed just for you the moment you place your order.

​Because we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed inventory, we operate under a specific return policy. Please read the guidelines below before making your purchase.

​1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

​Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item/size/design by mistake, we’ve got you covered.

​What to do: Do not mail the item back. Instead, email us at contact@invictusreign.com within 30 days of delivery.

​What to include: Please include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue (the defect, damage, or the wrong item received).

​The Resolution: Once verified, we will gladly send you a brand-new replacement item completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.

​2. Sizing Issues and Buyer’s Remorse

​Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

​How to avoid this: We highly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide available on every product page before checking out. Our clothing items generally run true to size, but measurements are provided to ensure a perfect fit.

​Our "Make It Right" Discount: If you did happen to order the wrong size, we want you to love what you wear! Reach out to our support team, and we will happily provide you with a special 50% OFF discount code so you can re-order the correct size, and you can keep or gift the original item.

​3. Incorrect Shipping Address / Lost Packages

​Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it re-sent.

​Lost in Transit: If your tracking info shows your package has been lost in transit and has passed its estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and arrange a replacement.
