Shipping Policy - Invictus Reign
Thank you for shopping with Invictus Reign. Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, every item is custom-made specifically for you the moment you place an order.
1. Processing & Production Time
All our products are manufactured through our global logistics partner, Gelato. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays or special launches), this timeframe may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
Once production is complete, the estimated shipping time depends on your location:
Europe: 3 - 7 business days.
USA & Canada: 5 - 10 business days.
Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Note: Since our partner produces in over 30 countries, we will always aim to ship your order from the production center closest to your address. This reduces shipping times and carbon emissions.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders (outside the European Union or the country of production), the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply at the destination. Invictus Reign has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not picked up from the courier, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@invictusreign.com. We will investigate the situation and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
